Counseling is a collaborative process. Claudette’s approach is compassionate, practical, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based therapeutic practices. Her work may include support related to mental health and emotional wellness, substance use and recovery, anxiety and stress, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationships and communication, self-compassion, resilience, and personal growth.
