Coming Home to Yourself — Companion Resources
The Serenity Prayer — A Word-by-Word Reflection
A word-by-word exploration of the Serenity Prayer designed to help us slow down and consider what these familiar words are truly asking of us. This reflection explores acceptance, courage, wisdom, boundaries, personal responsibility, and discernment — helping us recognize what is ours to change, what is ours to release, and what may never have been ours to carry.
First Responders
First responders often carry experiences, responsibilities, and stressors that are unique to the work they do. This section offers trusted resources, practical tools, and support connections for firefighters, EMS professionals, law enforcement, dispatchers, and other first responders.
Driftwood Psychotherapy

Recovery & Substance Use
Recovery can look different for different people. Some find support through peer recovery communities, some through professional treatment, some through spiritual or mindfulness-based programs, and many through a combination of approaches.
This collection offers trusted places to find meetings, practical recovery tools, treatment connections, and additional support. Take what helps.
Club 164
Club 164 is a nonprofit sober social club in Annapolis, Maryland offering a welcoming, substance-free place for recovery, connection, fellowship, meetings, activities, and sober fun. or substance use treatment when that level of care is needed. Different paths support different people. Take what helps.

We encourage you to move at your own pace, honoring your boundaries and needs. Wellness is not about perfection; it is about finding the small, meaningful ways to care for yourself and stay connected to what matters most.
Be gentle with yourself today.
